Tour Of Gallery

Here is a remarkable series of images -- a retired successful business executive, at 78 years of age, has come to a point where his body won't work as far as his interest and budget will allow him to travel.

He came to Grandmaster Moon for "private classes of exercise!" The exercise given to Harry is very different from any personal trainer or coach -- because it is rooted in the ancient knowledge of Kung Fu -- where old men generally exhibit abilities far beyond those of the young newcomers.

This series starts with the first image, on this page, of the first day Harry got his own Kung Fu uniform. He doesn't look too bad in that photo, but there is a metal hip and legs so swollen with excessive water that he had had to go to a nurse every week for a special wrapping -- to keep the skin on the legs from cracking open and allowing weeping wounds.

The series then takes up with the FIRST day of exercise -- on a Saturday when Harry first wore his uniform and had a private lesson the previous Thursday.

So, you can see, in this series, the level of exercise given to THIS one person and the abilities he demonstrates at the start of his program.

In the two days between his first lesson and the second he no longer needed the wrap on his legs -- progress so startling that it was easy to find other possible explanations. But, these wraps had been all that held his legs together for several weeks -- one day's exercise could do this?

Later images will show the differences -- the improvement that gave him many years of high quality life to match his ambitions for travel and living.
